OA Workshop - Love & Forgiveness

My recovery taught me that anger is often just grief in disguise. Once I stopped running from the grief, I had to learn how to move through it — and ultimately, into forgiveness. This workshop was a turning point for me, and I'm sharing it in hopes it becomes one for you, too.
