26.  Read Tara Brach’s article on forgiveness. Listen to Sheila J workshop on Love & Forgiveness Part 1 and Part 2.

27.  Read page 83, fourth paragraph to page 84, second paragraph in BB and Step Nine in AA, OA, Women’s Way 12x12.  Pick 2 people from willing list with least emotional charge.

Read page 76, third paragraph to page 83, third paragraph in BB, Step Eight in AA 12x12, OA 12x12 and Woman’s Way.  Make a list of all those harmed; divide into three columns:  1) willing, 2) not yet willing, but can imagine it, 3) no fucking way.
